Oberndorf a. N.
In 1976, Klaus Haischer founded the law firm in his home town Oberndorf a.N. His widely accepted professional expertise and his great passion for law lead to a quick expansion. After only 5 years, the company which was specialiced in general civil law was one of the three big law offices in the county of Rottweil.

As one of the first law firms in the state of Baden-Wuerttemberg it offered legal advice, tax consultancy and business administration from one provider since the end of the 80’s.

Oberndorf became a chief administrative city (Oberamtsstadt) in 1810. Here, the biggest local court in terms of covered area and population (including the cities of Schramberg, Sulz and Dornhan) is based. With the set-up of the royal Wuerttemberg rifle factory, industrialization in Oberndorf began earlier than in every other city. In the year 1865, Oberndorf also was the first community in the county of Rottweil to get a savings bank. The success of a rifle factory founded by the brothers Paul and Wilhelm Mauser in 1872 soon got the population in touch with customers from all over the world. Until today, Oberndorf is shaped by the metal processing industry.

The following expansion of the Haischer & Partner law firm to Villingen and Singen happened under the maxim that efficiency and high quality standards take precedence over size.

We never succumbed to the temptation of moving the office to a new industrial zone. Leaving the firm in the inner city is our contribution to Oberndorf’s urbanity and against the desertification of the inner city.

Villingen-Schwenningen
Villingen-Schwenningen is a district town, college location and the biggest city in the Schwarzwald-Baar county. Villingen-Schwenningen also is the regional centre of the Schwarzwald-Baar-Heuberg region and the biggest populated community in Germany over 700 m above sea level. The double city was combined in 1972 of the formerly independent cities Villingen (Baden) and Schwenningen (Wuerttemberg).

Villingen-Schwenningen was (and is) an important hub of the German watch industrie, for measuring and control systems as well as of consumer electronics. Until today, the successors of important companies like SABA, Kienzle watches, Kienzle Apparate or Binder magnets are present with their development and production units in the city. Furthermore, Villingen-Schwenningen is the location of the Furtwangen University and a central clinic with more than 1,000 beds. Since over 100 years, Villingen is a court location. Being located on the edge of the historic inner city, the local court has full competency and covers all responsibilities except for the commercial register.

The Villingen branch of the firm was opened on September 15th 2001 in the second floor of an old bank building directly across the street from the local court. The proximity to the city center and the parking facilities next door in the “Neue Tonhalle” parking hourse help us to be close to both our clients and the judiciary.
